The complete production line integrates automatic loading systems, including horizontal feeding channels and rotary support racks, together with automatic unloading units and material replenishment feeding mechanisms. 2. The marking unit features a fully enclosed structural design with high rigidity and excellent operational stability. The assembly consists of a fixed support frame, movable carriage, hydraulically driven marking head, and other essential components. Controlled by preset CNC programs, the system performs accurate and repeatable marking operations according to specified processing coordinates. A manual adjustment mechanism is additionally provided to expand application flexibility, allowing operators to fine-tune the vertical position of the movable assembly and marking head to accommodate angle steel materials with different dimensions and specifications.

3. The equipment delivers outstanding positioning accuracy throughout the hole machining process. The feeding system is driven by servo motors through rack-and-pinion transmission mechanisms and is equipped with detection gears and rotary encoders to provide real-time position feedback, forming a complete closed-loop control system. Meanwhile, the drilling spindle heads moving along both sides of the angle steel are servo-controlled through precision ball screw transmission systems, ensuring highly accurate hole positioning and consistent machining quality on angle steel components.

 

4. The machine provides high drilling productivity and superior machining performance. The drilling system is equipped with six independent CNC drilling power units, with three spindle assemblies symmetrically arranged on each side of the angle steel profile. When machining holes with identical diameters and equal spacing on both angle steel flanges, the corresponding left and right spindle units can perform synchronized drilling operations simultaneously, significantly improving processing efficiency.

5. The drilling spindle adopts a Taiwan-manufactured BT40 high-precision spindle with an internal coolant channel design and is equipped with solid carbide drilling tools. The maximum cutting speed can reach 200 m/min, greatly exceeding the 25–35 m/min cutting speed of conventional high-speed steel twist drills while maintaining higher feed efficiency. Each CNC drilling unit is driven by a servo motor for feed movement, and rapid positioning, cutting feed, and tool return operations are fully automated through CNC control. Operators can preset tool retract positions through the industrial computer system to minimize non-cutting travel distance and improve overall production efficiency. The machining accuracy of finished holes is controlled within 0.1 mm, while surface roughness is maintained below Ra 6.3 μm, ensuring excellent hole quality and processing consistency.

 

6. Indexable carbide insert drills are recommended for practical production applications. These tools utilize four replaceable cutting inserts and eliminate the need for manual tool regrinding, effectively reducing operating costs and improving tool management efficiency. The drilling system is equipped with an advanced Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) system, which combines compressed dry air with a small amount of cutting fluid to generate an atomized mist directly delivered to the cutting area for efficient cooling and lubrication. The system operates with extremely low coolant consumption, ranging from only 5 ml to 50 ml per hour.

 

7. This optimized lubrication and cooling solution provides excellent heat dissipation performance while preventing excessive coolant leakage outside the machining area.
