Under normal production conditions, the cold-forming cycle requires approximately 10 seconds per workpiece, while the thermal forming cycle generally takes around 120 seconds, depending on material characteristics and component dimensions. Hot forming begins after the workpiece temperature reaches approximately 800°C (red-hot condition), with heating parameters automatically adjusted according to material properties and required bending specifications.

 

8. During thermal forming operations, operators only need to input the required process parameters and initiate the automatic cycle through either the start button or foot switch. The machine then completes the entire forming procedure automatically, including induction heating positioning, controlled heating, automatic withdrawal of the heating unit, hydraulic forming, ram return, and finished component discharge.
