7. Under standard operating conditions, the average cold-forming cycle is approximately 10 seconds per workpiece, while thermal forming typically requires around 120 seconds, depending on material specifications and workpiece dimensions. Hot bending commences once the workpiece reaches approximately 800°C (red-hot condition), with heating parameters automatically optimized according to material properties and specified bending requirements.
8. During thermal forming operations, operators preset the required processing parameters and activate the automatic cycle using either the start button or a foot switch. The equipment then automatically performs the complete forming sequence, including induction heating unit positioning, controlled heating, automatic withdrawal of the heating assembly, hydraulic pressing, ram retraction, and finished workpiece unloading.

9. In the combined hot- and cold-forming mode, production begins immediately after the processing parameters have been entered. The hydraulic ram remains at its working position while the lower forming die automatically rises approximately 100 mm, allowing rapid removal of the finished workpiece, reducing cycle time, and significantly improving overall production efficiency.
