Product Features:
1. The CNC angle steel drilling line is equipped with a fully automatic material handling system consisting of a horizontal infeed conveyor, rotary loading rack, automatic feeding mechanism, and automatic unloading device. All drilling and marking operations are completed within a single continuous machining cycle without manual intervention. This highly automated production process effectively reduces labor requirements, increases manufacturing efficiency, and improves overall operational consistency.
2. The drilling unit utilizes high-precision BT40 spindles manufactured in Taiwan and equipped with an internal coolant system, ensuring outstanding drilling performance, superior machining accuracy, and extended tool service life. The machine incorporates six CNC-controlled drilling heads, arranged with three units on each side of the angle steel profile. When holes share the same diameter and equal distance from the flange edge, the corresponding drilling heads can operate simultaneously, significantly improving machining productivity.
3. The CNC control software supports both Chinese and English operating languages and features an intuitive Human–Machine Interface (HMI). Engineering drawings can be displayed directly on the monitor, providing convenient operation, efficient production management, and simplified program verification.
4. Programming is simple, efficient, and highly flexible. Operators only need to input workpiece dimensions, hole diameters, hole spacing, and production quantities to automatically generate machining programs. The system also supports direct import of data converted from CAD/CAM software and is fully compatible with TEKLA NC1 files, enabling seamless integration with engineering design and production workflows.
5. Major hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components are selected from internationally recognized manufacturers, ensuring dependable machine operation, excellent system stability, and long-term service reliability.
6. The equipment is equipped with an intelligent self-diagnostic monitoring system capable of automatically identifying operational faults and abnormal conditions, allowing rapid troubleshooting, reducing maintenance time, and minimizing production downtime.
7. An optional shearing module is available to further expand processing capability. The cutting unit adopts advanced dual-blade shearing technology, providing higher cutting accuracy, improved edge quality, and increased production efficiency.
