7. The standard cycle time for cold pressing is approximately 10 seconds per stroke, while the heating cycle is about 120 seconds, depending on material characteristics and workpiece dimensions. Heating begins when the workpiece reaches approximately 800°C (cherry-red state). Both heating temperature and bending angle can be adjusted flexibly according to material properties and production requirements.
8. All process parameters for heating and forming are preset in advance. The automatic cycle can be initiated via push button or foot pedal control. The system automatically completes the sequence of heating, pressing, ram return, and finished product unloading.

9. Heating and cold forming parameters are pre-configured. Cold pressing can be started directly without requiring the ram to return to its original position. The lower die rises by 100 mm to allow convenient and rapid workpiece removal while maintaining high production efficiency.

In ultra-high-voltage (UHV) transmission tower construction, towers must withstand severe environmental conditions and heavy structural loads. This equipment plays a critical role in producing the load-bearing angle steel components used in such structures. It efficiently performs drilling and punching operations on angle steel for tower main bodies, cross-arms, and other key structural elements, ensuring high machining precision and consistent assembly quality. This contributes to the enhanced structural integrity and operational safety of transmission towers, which is essential for the stable and reliable operation of UHV power transmission systems.
