Processing is carried out once the workpiece temperature reaches approximately 800°C (red-hot condition), with the specific heating temperature and bending angle adjusted according to material characteristics and application requirements.

 

8. During both the heating and forming stages, all operating parameters are preset in advance, and the production cycle is activated either by pressing the start button or using the foot pedal switch. The system performs automatic heating, followed by completion of the heating process, workpiece pressing, head lifting, and removal of the finished workpiece through a fully automated operational sequence.

During both the heating and cold pressing stages, all process parameters are preset in advance, enabling direct cold pressing without requiring the pressing head to return to its original position.
