1. CNC Feeding Carriage
The CNC feeding carriage is composed of a servo-controlled transfer carriage, hydraulic clamping system, clamping cylinder, oscillating cylinder, servo drive motor, and related transmission components. During operation, the carriage moves along two high-precision linear guide rails installed on the feeding conveyor, delivering outstanding positioning accuracy, smooth and stable motion, reduced operating noise, and reliable material feeding performance throughout the machining process.

2. Feeding Conveyor
The feeding conveyor adopts an integrated heavy-duty steel base with a welded-free structural design, providing excellent mechanical rigidity and strong load-bearing capacity. 3. Horizontal Material Transfer Table

4. Marking Station

5. Punching Station
