The production line is fitted with automatic material feeding systems including horizontal feeding chutes and rotary feeding brackets, as well as automatic discharging and supplementary feeding mechanisms. All hole machining and steel stamping marking operations for angle steel can be completed in one integrated process without manual intervention, which effectively lowers staff labor intensity.

 

2. The marking assembly is designed with an enclosed structure, boasting high structural rigidity and reliable operational stability. This assembly is composed of a base-fixed frame, movable frame, hydraulic-driven pressing marking die holder and other core parts. It can execute marking procedures at designated positions as programmed by the control system. To expand the machine’s applicable processing scope, a manual fine-tuning mechanism is incorporated. It is capable of adjusting the descending stroke of the movable structure, namely the position of marking heads, so as to accommodate marking requirements of angle steel in various specifications.

3. This equipment delivers outstanding positioning precision in hole machining. Its feeding mechanism adopts servo motor drive paired with gear-rack transmission structure, and is fitted with detecting gears and encoders to realize position data feedback, establishing a complete closed-loop control system. Meanwhile, the drilling power head moving along both flanks of angle steel is driven by servo motors and driven via ball screw assemblies, which steadily guarantees high positional accuracy of machined holes on angle steel workpieces.

 

4. It achieves excellent drilling efficiency and superior machining quality. The drilling system is configured with six sets of numerically controlled drilling power units, with three units arranged respectively on each flank of angle steel. For holes with identical aperture size and spacing distributed at the top of two angle steel flanks, the matched drilling units on both sides are able to perform synchronous drilling operations.

5. The drilling spindle adopts Taiwan-made BT40 precision spindle with internal cooling structure, and the drill bits are manufactured from cemented carbide materials. Its cutting speed can reach 200 meters per minute, which is far higher than the 25 to 35 meters per minute of conventional high-speed steel twist drills, along with rapid feeding speed. The numerical control drilling power unit is driven by servo motors for feeding movement, and its rapid advance, working feed and retracting actions are fully automated and regulated by the CNC control system. Users can preset the drill bit retraction position via the upper computer system to minimize idle travel and further elevate overall production efficiency. The machined hole diameter tolerance is controlled within 0.1mm, and the surface roughness Ra value is below 6.3μm, ensuring premium hole processing quality.

 

6. It is advisable to adopt indexable insert-type cemented carbide drill bits. This type of drill bit is fitted with four-sided replaceable cutting inserts that require no manual grinding, effectively cutting down operational production costs. The drill bits are equipped with the internationally advanced Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) cooling system. This system blends compressed air with trace amounts of cutting lubricant, atomizes the mixture and injects it into the machining zone to achieve efficient cooling and lubrication. It features extremely low lubricant consumption, merely ranging from 5ml to 50ml per hour.
