1. Bed and Worktable:
The bed is a solid steel structure, subjected to secondary tempering to ensure exceptional dynamic and static rigidity, along with superior resistance to deformation. The worktable is constructed from cast material and features precision-machined T-slots, strategically placed for efficient workpiece clamping. Additional T-slots are also positioned on the top surface of the bed. The gantry is driven by an AC servo motor and precision ball screws on both sides, enabling movement along the X-axis. Adjustable bolts located on the underside of the bed allow for easy leveling of the worktable.

 

2. Mobile Gantry:
The mobile gantry is cast from 250-grade gray iron. Two high-load-bearing linear guides are installed at the front of the gantry to support its movement. The Y-axis motion of the power head slide, which includes the drilling head, is driven by a precision ball screw and a servo motor. The gantry movement is facilitated by the servo motor, which drives the ball screw nut through a precision coupling, ensuring smooth and accurate movement.

3. Drilling Head:
The drilling head is powered by a servo spindle motor, which drives a precision spindle via a toothed synchronous belt, enhancing torque output. The spindle is supported by five rows of Japanese angular contact bearings, including three front rows and two rear rows, allowing for continuous speed variation. A pneumatic tool changer enables quick and efficient tool swaps. The feed mechanism is powered by a servo motor and precision ball screw.
