Product Introduction:

 

This production line is mainly used for drilling, typing and milling of H-shaped steel, channel steel and other shaped steel.
The drilling host uses 3 BT40 high-speed spindles to drill the 3 faces of the steel. Each face has 1 spindle, and the corresponding row tool magazine can accommodate up to 4 specifications of tools. It can realize the conversion of CAD drawings into processing programs; and can realize multi-threaded synchronous operation, and can reasonably arrange drilling, workpiece operation, tool change, spindle positioning and other tasks, so that two or three of them can be completed at the same time, greatly improving production efficiency.

 

Components


This production line is mainly composed of a loading horizontal material table, a 3D drilling main machine, a 3D drilling feed channel, a 3D drilling feeding device, a 3D drilling discharge channel, a cooling system, a hydraulic system, a pneumatic system, a lubrication system, an electrical system and other parts. 1. Loading horizontal material table
It consists of a material table bracket, a conveyor chain, a reduction motor, etc., which is used to transport the steel to the feed channel.
The loading horizontal material table is connected to the straightening machine purchased by the customer. When the customer orders the straightening machine, the straightening machine manufacturer should be required to reserve the installation interface.

 

2. Three-dimensional drilling feed channel
The three-dimensional drilling feed channel uses a power roller to connect to the straightening machine on the customer's site, accept the straightened profile, and automatically send it to the clamp position of the feeding trolley. The upper plane height of the roller in this scheme is 800mm from the ground. If the height of the straightening machine is different, the user should adjust it. The feeding channel is used to carry the workpiece to be processed. A photoelectric switch is installed at the front end of the channel to detect the front end of the workpiece and determine the processing reference in the X direction. The side push device presses the workpiece tightly and leans against the side positioning roller to achieve rough positioning of the workpiece in the Y direction.

3. Three-dimensional drilling feeding trolley
It is composed of gears, servo motors and manipulators. The manipulator has good rigidity and stability, can automatically rise and fall according to the profile specifications, and automatically clamp the workpiece. After the manipulator clamps the workpiece, it is driven by the servo motor. Under the transmission of the gear rack, the workpiece is fed in the X direction to ensure the longitudinal processing accuracy of the drilling.


4. Three-dimensional drilling host
The drilling host mainly consists of a base, a bed, a mobile slide, a spindle box, an upper pressing device, a side clamping device and a row tool magazine. The bed has good rigidity and stability, can withstand the load and vibration generated by high-speed processing, and ensure the accuracy of the machine tool.
