The CNC angle steel drilling production line is equipped with an automatic loading system, including a horizontal material feeding conveyor and rotary loading rack, as well as automatic unloading and feeding devices. All drilling and marking operations can be completed within a single production cycle without manual intervention. This fully automated process significantly reduces labor requirements, improves operational efficiency, and minimizes operator workload.

2. The machine is fitted with Taiwan-manufactured BT40 precision spindles featuring internal coolant delivery, ensuring superior drilling performance, accuracy, and tool life. For holes sharing the same diameter and identical distance from the flange edge, corresponding drilling heads on both sides can operate simultaneously, substantially increasing processing efficiency.
