6. The cold forming process is applicable to workpieces sized up to L100×L100×10, with a maximum bending angle of 5°.

7. The standard cycle duration for cold pressing is 10 seconds per stroke. The heating process takes around 120 seconds, subject to material properties and workpiece dimensions. Machining commences when the workpiece reaches 800°C (cherry-red hot state). The heating temperature and bending angle can be flexibly adjusted based on material traits and actual production demands.
8. All operational parameters for heating and forming procedures are pre-configured. Operators may start the automatic cycle via the push button or foot switch. The system will automatically complete heating, pressing, ram retraction and finished part unloading in sequence.

9. Parameters for heating and cold forming are pre-set beforehand. Cold pressing can be initiated directly without the ram returning to its home position. The lower die rises by 100mm to facilitate quick and convenient workpiece removal while sustaining high production efficiency.
