1. The CNC angle steel drilling production line integrates a complete automated material handling system, including a horizontal feeding conveyor, rotary loading unit, automatic feeding mechanism, and automatic unloading device. All drilling and marking procedures are completed within a continuous machining cycle without manual operation. This advanced automation significantly reduces labor dependency, improves production efficiency, and ensures stable, consistent machining quality throughout the manufacturing process.

2. The drilling unit is equipped with high-performance BT40 precision spindle systems manufactured in Taiwan, featuring an internal coolant supply structure to achieve excellent drilling accuracy, superior machining quality, and extended tool service life. Six CNC-controlled drilling heads are symmetrically arranged, with three spindle units installed on each side of the angle steel profile. When processing holes with the same diameter and equal distance from the reference edge, the corresponding drilling heads can operate simultaneously, greatly improving processing efficiency and production capacity while maintaining outstanding positional accuracy.

3. The CNC control system supports bilingual Chinese-English operation and is equipped with an intuitive Human–Machine Interface (HMI). Engineering drawings can be directly displayed on the control screen, enabling simple operation, convenient production supervision, and efficient machining program verification.
4. The programming system is designed for simple operation, flexible application, and high processing efficiency. Operators only need to enter basic workpiece parameters, including component dimensions, hole diameters, hole spacing, and production quantity, after which the system automatically generates the required machining program. The software supports direct import of CAD/CAM-generated processing data and provides full compatibility with TEKLA NC1 files, ensuring seamless connection with modern digital design and intelligent manufacturing systems.
