Product Features:
1. Infeed Carriage
The feeding carriage assembly comprises a mobile trolley, clamping mechanism, clamping cylinder, oscillating cylinder, servo motor and other auxiliary components. During material feeding, the trolley travels along two high-precision guide rails mounted on the feeding conveyor, delivering superior positioning accuracy, stable operational performance and low running noise.

2. Infeed Conveyor
The conveyor base is fabricated from integrally formed thick steel plates with a seamless non-welded structure, which greatly enhances load-bearing capacity. Fitted with premium brand bearings as standard, the conveyor rollers feature high structural strength and extended service life. The optimized structural design ensures stable and efficient feeding of angle steel into the main unit, supporting smooth and uninterrupted processing operations.
3. Horizontal Feeding Table
Driven by a motor and reducer via sprocket-chain transmission, the horizontal feeding table guarantees stable and reliable material transportation of angle steel with minimal operational noise throughout the conveying process.

4. Marking Unit
The marking unit consists of a frame-fixed support base, a movable working platform, hydraulic pressure head and four-position hydraulic cylinder. Controlled by the professional numerical control system, it executes high-precision marking at designated positions in strict accordance with engineering drawing specifications.
5. Punching Unit
Three punching specifications are available on each side of the unit, with each punching tool equipped with an independent die selection cylinder. This design supports multi-row and diversified hole pattern punching on both flanges of angle steel.

6. Cutting Unit
A single-blade shearing mechanism is adopted for processing angle steel and channel steel. For flat steel materials, the unit is capable of both straight cutting and arc shearing processes to meet varied processing needs.
7. Outfeed Conveyor
The outfeed conveyor is assembled with material feeding rollers, workpiece support rollers and single-sided or double-sided turnover cylinders. With intelligent tipping control, it enables finished workpieces to be discharged from either the left or right side flexibly.
8. Hydraulic Station
The hydraulic station is equipped with optional water cooling or air cooling systems to maintain constant and stable temperature, effectively preventing hydraulic pump overheating and ensuring long-term stable equipment operation.
