It is the exclusive product granted national utility model patent certification by China’s National Intellectual Property Administration.
This machine finds extensive utilization in the production sectors covering pressure vessels, boilers, shipbuilding works, heavy-duty formworks, general machinery fabrication, steel structure projects, power generation and chemical engineering. It achieves outstanding processing results in face milling of special alloy sheets and new-type engineering materials, alongside pre-weld edge profiling for various steel plates.

Product Features:
1. Lubrication System: The machine is equipped with an automatic centralized lubrication unit. Mounted at the right rear section of the feeding assembly, the lubrication pump implements timing and quantitative automatic oil supply. Real-time on-demand lubrication for guideways is available amid operational runs, enabling efficient and expedited maintenance.
2. Current Collection Assembly: A robust four-core sliding contact cable dedicated to mobile travelling equipment is deployed for stable power transmission, featuring refined appearance and dependable operational performance.

3. Safety Protection Assembly: Flexible friction buffers are fitted at the fitting positions between moving components and guideways as secondary shielding, blocking metal scraps from infiltrating the inner cavity of sliding saddles to secure steady running. The electro-permanent magnetic chuck incorporates anti-power-failure magnetic retention protection, which sustains clamping force upon unexpected power cutoff to avoid workpiece ejection caused by spindle inertia and subsequent safety incidents. Travel limit bumpers are installed at both terminal ends of the machine, and interlock anti-collision electrical circuits are arranged between the two travelling carriages. Bellows guards are fitted along Y-axis and Z-axis guideways to shield rail surfaces against mechanical impact and abrasive chip erosion.

4. Positioning Mechanism: A manually operated stock stopper is mounted beside the workbench adjacent to the milling spindle. This fixture requires manual removal after workpiece calibration prior to commencing formal cutting cycles.

5. Workpiece Supporting Structure: Auxiliary support frames are arranged alongside the main workbench to sustain oversized blanks during loading. Polyurethane rollers are embedded on the top face to lower frictional resistance and facilitate precise workpiece feeding. Characterized by compact layout and user-friendly manipulation, each support frame is dimensioned at 1200×120×120×6 mm and fitted with three swivel castors. Five such support assemblies are arranged longitudinally along the full machine span.

6. Surface Coating Specification: Anti-corrosion primer is applied as base coat, topped with textured orange-peel finish paint. The main body adopts corporate standard factory shade GY09 Ice Grey, complemented by red and yellow highlight coatings on safety guarding sections for optimized visual presentation.
7. Cutting Tool & Cutter Head: Targeted for customer’s processing of Q460C high-tensile steel plates, heavy-duty 75° cutter heads ranging Φ125 mm to Φ160 mm are specified. Such design cuts down cutting contact area, suppresses cutting heat buildup and lessens carbide insert abrasion; the cutter head is compatible with YT and YW series cemented carbide inserts.
