The entire machine is engineered with an optimized integrated design, incorporating a high-quality machine body and drilling units that provide exceptional stability and rigidity during high-speed drilling operations. The machine consists of the main unit, CNC sliding tables (3), drilling spindle boxes (3), clamping devices, detection systems, cooling system, scrap collection box, hydraulic station, lubrication system, tool magazine (optional), and marking unit (optional).

 

2. The main machine is constructed using welded square pipes, with reinforcement applied in high-stress areas. Following the welding process, the machine undergoes an artificial aging treatment. These procedures collectively enhance the stability of the main machine, ensuring the overall precision and reliability of the complete system.

3. The machine is outfitted with three CNC sliding tables: a fixed-side CNC sliding table, a movable-side CNC sliding table, and an intermediate CNC sliding table. These three sliding tables share a consistent design, comprising a sliding plate, sliding table, and a servo drive system.

 

4. Each of the three sliding tables is equipped with two types of CNC axes, totaling six axes: three feeding CNC axes and three positioning CNC axes. Every CNC axis is supported by precision linear rolling guides and powered by an AC servo motor and ball screw system, ensuring superior positioning accuracy.

Each CNC axis is supported by robust roller linear guides, powered by servo motors and roller screws, ensuring exceptional rigidity and positional accuracy.

 

7. Furthermore, the machine features a hydraulic tool cylinder that employs a hydraulic-disc spring mechanism for automatic tool de-clamping and removal. A tool status monitoring system is integrated to verify the clamping condition, alongside a reliable safety co-locking protection device. This system simplifies tool changes. The spindle is driven by a spindle servo motor and a timing belt with a reduction ratio of i=2, offering a spindle speed range of 0 to 3000 RPM, thus providing a broad spectrum of rotational speeds.

 

8. The workpiece is securely fixed in place using a hydraulic clamping system, which consists of five hydraulic cylinders for both horizontal and vertical clamping. Horizontal clamping is achieved through a fixed-side datum and a moving-side clamping mechanism. While the fixed side remains stationary, the moving side is driven by a large-cylinder sliding table, guided by linear rails, to move toward the fixed side and clamp the workpiece horizontally. Vertical clamping is provided on both the fixed and moving sides, with each cylinder actuating a pressure bar that moves up and down in four positions, ensuring secure vertical clamping of the workpiece.

9. The machine utilizes an NC carriage for feeding. The NC carriage is decelerated by a servo motor through a reducer, and the motion is transferred via a gear rack to drive a laser alignment device. As the workpiece is fed into the machine, it is detected and fed back, ensuring precise positioning of the workpiece.


10. Cooling System: The machine is equipped with an air-fog cooling system, featuring both internal and external cooling. Each drilling spindle box is fitted with an external cooling nozzle and an internal cooling connection, which can be selected based on the drilling requirements. Both internal and external cooling can be operated independently or simultaneously.


11. Chip Collection Box: The chip collection box is mounted on universal casters, making it easy to move and transport.


12. Hydraulic System: The hydraulic system supports the automatic tool mechanism of the ram-type drilling box, horizontal clamping, vertical clamping, side pushing, and power raceway, all with a unified oil supply. All hydraulic units are sourced from reputable imported or joint venture brands for ease of maintenance and to prevent oil leakage. The design incorporates accumulator valves.
