The machine bed is constructed from cast material and primarily consists of the worktable, movable gantry, movable sliding saddle, drilling and milling power head, automatic lubrication system, protective components, circulating cooling system, digital control system, electrical system, and other essential elements. It features rolling hard rail pairs for support and guidance, as well as a precision lead screw pair drive, ensuring the machine offers exceptional positioning accuracy and repeatability.

Product Feature:
1. Bed and Worktable:
The bed is a monolithic steel structure, subjected to secondary tempering, ensuring superior dynamic and static rigidity as well as excellent resistance to deformation. The worktable is made from cast material and features precision-machined T-slots, strategically positioned for efficient workpiece clamping. Additional T-slots are located on the upper surface of the bed. The gantry is driven by an AC servo motor and precision ball screws on both sides, facilitating X-axis movement. Adjustable bolts on the underside of the bed enable easy leveling of the worktable.
2. Mobile Gantry:
The mobile gantry is cast from 250-grade gray iron. Two high-load-bearing linear guides are installed at the front of the gantry to support its movement. The Y-axis motion of the power head slide, which includes a drilling head, is driven by a precision ball screw and a servo motor. The gantry movement is achieved via the servo motor driving the ball screw nut through a precision coupling on the ball screw.

3. Drilling Head:
The drilling head is powered by a servo spindle motor, which drives a precision spindle through a toothed synchronous belt, enhancing torque output. The spindle is supported by five rows of Japanese angular contact bearings, including three front rows and two rear rows, allowing for stepless speed variation. A pneumatic tool changer facilitates quick and efficient tool exchanges. The feed mechanism is driven by a servo motor and precision ball screw. The X and Y axes are capable of being linked through semi-closed-loop control, supporting both linear and circular interpolation. The spindle features a BT40 taper bore and is equipped with an Italian Rotofors high-speed rotary joint, enabling the use of high-speed U-drills and core drills with center-discharge cooling.
4. Moving Saddle:
The moving saddle is constructed from precision-cast iron and incorporates two ultra-high-load-bearing CNC hard-rail slides. It is driven by a precision ball screw and a high-precision planetary gearbox connected to a servo motor. This mechanism drives the drilling head along the Z-axis, facilitating rapid forward, reverse, and stop movements. Additionally, the system includes automatic chip breaking, chip removal, and pause functions for enhanced operational efficiency.

5. Automatic Lubrication and Protective Devices:
The machine features a positive displacement, pressure-controlled automatic lubrication system, sourced from Taiwan, which ensures automatic lubrication of all guideways, lead screws, racks, and other moving components. This system guarantees reliable operation and extends the machine's service life. Both the X- and Y-axes are equipped with dust shields, while the worktable is enclosed with splash guards for added protection.

6. Fully Digital CNC Control System:
6.1. The chip breaking function allows for customizable chip breaking time and cycle settings via the human-machine interface.
6.2. The tool lift function enables the tool lift height to be set through the human-machine interface. Once the tool reaches the specified height, the drill bit is rapidly raised above the workpiece, ejecting chips before swiftly advancing to the drilling surface, automatically switching to workpiece feed mode.
6.3. The centralized control box and handheld unit are integrated with a CNC system and are equipped with a USB port and LCD display. These interfaces support programming, data storage, display, and communication, featuring human-machine interaction, error compensation, and automatic alarms for enhanced user experience.
6.4. The equipment includes a pre-processing hole position preview and recheck function, streamlining the operation process for ease of use.
