Equipment structure:

Product Feature:
1. Machine bed and workbench:
The bed is welded and then annealed and then finely processed. It has excellent dynamic and static rigidity and does not deform. Two high-precision linear guides are installed on both sides of the bed base to make the guide sliders evenly stressed, greatly improving the rigidity and tensile and compressive resistance of the machine tool. The drive system uses AC servo motors and precision ball screw pairs for double-sided drive to move the gantry in the Y-axis direction. The workbench is also equipped with a hydraulic cylinder clamping system.
2. Mobile gantry:
The mobile gantry is made of gray iron (HT250) casting, and two ultra-high load-bearing rolling linear guides are installed on the front side of the gantry. A set of precision ball screws and a servo motor make the power head slide plate move in the X-axis direction, and the drilling power head is installed on the power head slide plate. The movement of the gantry is achieved by the servo motor driving the ball screw nut to rotate on the ball screw through the precision coupling.

3. Mobile saddle:
The mobile saddle is a precision cast iron structural part. Two ultra-high load-bearing CNC linear rail slides, a set of precision ball screw pairs and a high-precision planetary reducer are installed on the saddle to connect the servo motor. The weight of the power head is balanced to reduce the screw load and extend the service life of the screw. The drilling power head is driven to move in the Z-axis direction, which can realize the power head fast forward, working forward, fast backward, stop and other actions, and has the functions of automatic chip breaking, chip retreat and pause.
4. Drilling head:
The drilling power head adopts a dedicated servo spindle motor, which drives a dedicated precision spindle through a toothed synchronous belt to increase torque. The spindle adopts a front four and rear two type six-row Japanese angular contact bearing to achieve stepless speed change. The spindle is equipped with a pneumatic tool change system to make tool replacement quick and convenient. The feed is driven by a servo motor and a ball screw. The X and Y axes can be linked and semi-closed loop control is adopted to realize linear and circular interpolation functions. The spindle end is a BT50 taper hole, equipped with a high-speed rotary joint, and can be processed with a high-speed U drill center outlet.

5. Transmission device:
It adopts high-precision design of guide rails and sliders imported from Taiwan, which runs smoothly and effectively improves the heavy-load capacity.
(1) The X-axis and Z-axis respectively adopt two rolling linear guides as guide and load-bearing tracks for lateral and longitudinal movement. It can meet the technical requirements of high-speed drilling. The X-axis and Z-axis transmission adopts AC servo motors to drive the precision ball screw to rotate and realize linear motion.
(2) There are two heavy-duty rolling linear guides on both sides of the Y-axis, one of which is a side-hanging structure, which together form the Y-axis sliding track. It can meet the high rigidity strength requirements of the gantry frame, and can also meet the technical advantages of small friction coefficient, fast moving speed, good vibration absorption performance and long service life. The X-axis transmission adopts dual servo motor synchronous drive technology, that is, one servo motor on each side, synchronously drives the ball screw to rotate, drives the gantry frame to move, and realizes CNC machining.

6. Automatic lubrication device and protective device:
This machine tool is equipped with a Taiwan-made volumetric partial pressure automatic lubrication device, which can automatically lubricate the guide rails, lead screws, racks and other moving pairs without any dead angles, ensuring the service life of the machine tool.
