Product Introduction:

 

This cnc angle drilling machine is mainly used for drilling and stamping large-size, high-strength angle steel in transmission line towers. Product Features:

 

1. High drilling efficiency and hole making quality. The drilling unit is equipped with six sets of CNC drilling heads, three sets on each of the two wings of the angle. The holes of the same diameter with the same end distance on both wings of the angle can be drilled by the corresponding drilling heads on both sides at the same time. The drilling spindle adopts Taiwan BT40 precision spindle (internal cooling), and the drilling head adopts cemented carbide drilling head, the cutting speed of the drilling head is up to 200m/min (the general high-speed steel twist drill is 25-35m/min), which is given to the fast speed. The servo motor drives the CNC drilling power head to feed, and the fast forward, work-in and fast backward of the drill are controlled by the CNC system and automatically completed. The backward position of the drill can be set in the upper computer, which reduces the empty stroke and further improves the production efficiency. The tolerance of the hole diameter of the manufactured hole is less than 0.1mm, the hole finish Ra is less than 6.3μm, and the processing quality of the hole is high.

 

(1) The spindle motor of the drilling unit adopts high-quality inverter motor, and the maximum spindle speed is up to 6000 r/min.
(2) Drill pipe feed speed of about 40 m/min (adjustable).

(3) The spindle and other stressed parts should be forged, heat-treated and non-destructively tested according to the standard, with sufficient strength, hardness and wear resistance, and high fatigue strength to meet the requirements of long-term feeding and rotating work. The spindle is made of Taiwan Jianchun or Danquan brand.
(4) In order to ensure the working accuracy of the equipment, the spindle deflection should be less than 1/1000 span in all cases of maximum load.
(5) The spindle feed distance has an adjustable compensation function.
(6) The upper and lower limit positions of the drilling unit power head's collinear movement are provided with travel switches as limit protection.
(7) Unit power head in addition to the installation of limit switch protection in addition to the control system for its limit position should also have a soft limit protection.

2. The drilling spindle has butterfly spring automatic tool pulling mechanism, hydraulic cylinder loosening tool, and it is very convenient to replace the tool shank. 3. Carbide drills are recommended for use with convertible inserts, which have four replaceable cutting knives and do not require sharpening, resulting in low production costs. The cooling of the drill adopts the most advanced MQL (MinimalQuantities of Lubricant, MQL) cooling system, which can mix compressed air with a very small amount of lubricant (cutting oil) and vaporize it before spraying it to the machining area for effective cooling and lubrication, and the consumption of cutting oil is very low, about 5-50ml/h, and the cost of coolant is low and the cooling and lubricating effect is remarkable. The cost is low, and the cooling and lubricating effect is remarkable, which ensures the life of the tool and further improves the quality of hole machining. The cutting oil adopts vegetable oil-based products, which has no irritating odor, no toxicity and no side effects, and is fully vaporized during the machining process, with almost no residue.
