Product Composition:
This machine is mainly composed of transverse conveyor, rotating loading system, infeed conveyor, CNC infeed carriage, punching unit, marking unit, cutting unit, unloading conveyor, as well as hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems etc.
Product Features:
1. The system employs CNC technology and servo motor-driven feeding, ensuring high efficiency and stable workpiece precision. Key hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components are all sourced from international suppliers.
2. Each side is equipped with three sets of punches and dies, capable of accommodating three different punch diameters. The three sets of molds can be moved simultaneously, with the punching back mark changed through PLC control.

3. The system features a computer interface available in both Chinese and English, providing ease of operation and the ability to display the workpiece drawing. Programming is straightforward, with the option to directly utilize program data generated by lofting software. When editing the program, users only need to input the workpiece dimensions, hole diameter, back mark, and workpiece quantity.
4. The CNC infeed carriage is powered by a servo motor, with feedback provided by a photoelectric encoder. Closed-loop control ensures precise positioning accuracy.

7. The marking unit is designed with a closed-frame structure, offering excellent rigidity. Four sets of character boxes are securely mounted on the marking unit, which can be selected via the program. The back mark for marking can be freely adjusted.
8. The punching, marking, and shearing cylinders are larger in size; the NC carriage is a new and more robust model; the clamps are reinforced for enhanced strength.
