1. High degree of automation. (2) The welding quality of each welded part of the equipment meets the relevant requirements of JB/T8609, and the length and spacing of the interrupted welds are consistent;
(3) The forged parts should not have defects such as interlayer, folding, cracks, sand holes, air holes and so on;
(4) All welded metal components, cast (forged) parts such as fuselage, table, base, cylinder block, etc. Are tempered to eliminate internal stress;

2. The typing unit adopts closed body with high strength and stable body. The printing unit has a bed support fixed on the machine base, a moving bed, and a hydraulic-powered press head word box. According to the instruction from the computer, printing is carried out at the position required by the drawing.
