Processing efficiency is optimized with an average cold-forming cycle time of approximately 10 seconds per operation, while thermal forming typically requires around 120 seconds per cycle, depending on material properties and workpiece dimensions. Thermal bending is performed when the workpiece reaches approximately 800°C (red-hot condition), with processing parameters adjusted according to material characteristics and required bending specifications.
8. During thermal processing operations, operators preset the required processing parameters and initiate the automatic cycle through the start button or foot switch. The machine then automatically completes the entire sequence, including forward movement of the heating unit, induction heating, heating unit retraction, workpiece pressing, ram lifting, and finished part removal.

9. For combined thermal and cold-forming operations, processing parameters are preset in advance, allowing the cold-pressing cycle to commence directly. The pressing ram does not need to return to its initial position, while the lower die automatically raises by 100 mm to facilitate convenient workpiece unloading, thereby significantly improving production efficiency.
