1. CNC Feeding Carriage
The CNC feeding carriage comprises a servo-driven transfer carriage, hydraulic clamping mechanism, clamping cylinder, swing cylinder, servo motor, and associated transmission components. During operation, the carriage travels along dual high-precision linear guideways mounted on the feeding conveyor, ensuring exceptional positioning accuracy, smooth and stable movement, low operating noise, and reliable material feeding performance.

2. Feeding Conveyor
The feeding conveyor is built on an integrally manufactured heavy-duty steel base with a non-welded structural configuration, providing outstanding rigidity and load-bearing capability. Premium-brand bearings are installed as standard, while the conveyor rollers are designed for high strength and extended service life. Its optimized construction enables smooth, continuous, and dependable transportation of angle steel into the machining area.
3. Horizontal Material Transfer Table
The horizontal transfer table is driven by a geared motor through a sprocket-and-chain transmission mechanism, ensuring accurate, stable, and low-noise movement of angle steel while maintaining reliable workpiece positioning throughout the feeding operation.

4. Marking Station
The marking station consists of a rigid support structure, movable worktable, hydraulic marking head, and four-position hydraulic cylinder assembly. Controlled by the CNC system, it performs precise and repeatable marking based on programmed coordinates and engineering drawings, producing clear, uniform, and high-quality identification marks.
5. Punching Station
Each side of the punching unit is equipped with three punching stations capable of accommodating punches of various diameters. Every punching station is actuated by an independent die-selection cylinder, enabling automatic tool selection while supporting a wide range of hole patterns and punching configurations on both legs of the angle steel.

6. Shearing Unit
The shearing section incorporates a robust single-blade cutting mechanism suitable for processing both angle steel and channel steel. 7. Outfeed Conveyor

8. Hydraulic Power Unit
