The CNC angle steel drilling line is equipped with a fully automated material handling system, incorporating a horizontal infeed conveyor, rotary loading mechanism, automatic feeding device, and automatic unloading unit. All drilling and marking operations are completed within a single continuous machining cycle without manual intervention. This highly automated configuration effectively minimizes labor requirements, improves production efficiency, and ensures consistent machining quality and operational stability.

The drilling unit is fitted with high-precision BT40 spindles manufactured in Taiwan, featuring an internal coolant delivery system that provides outstanding drilling accuracy, superior machining performance, and extended tool life. Six CNC-controlled drilling heads are symmetrically arranged, with three units positioned on each side of the angle steel profile. When processing holes with identical diameters and equal distances from the flange edge, the corresponding drilling heads operate simultaneously, significantly increasing machining efficiency and production output.

3. The CNC control platform supports both Chinese and English operating languages and features an intuitive Human–Machine Interface (HMI). Engineering drawings can be displayed directly on the monitor, enabling convenient operation, efficient production monitoring, and simplified program verification.

Operators only need to input essential workpiece information—including dimensions, hole diameters, hole spacing, and production quantity—and the system automatically generates the corresponding machining program.
