Product Features:
1. The beam drilling system is equipped with a CNC-controlled carriage clamping and feeding mechanism, ensuring high-speed movement and precise positioning accuracy.
2. Three BT40 high-speed spindles are applied for drilling on the three surfaces of H-beams. With carbide drill tools, the spindle speed can reach up to 3000 rpm, ensuring excellent machining efficiency and drilling quality. Chip removal during operation is effectively handled by a chain-type conveyor system.

3. The CNC beam drilling line is equipped with a mist cooling system that provides both internal and external cooling functions. Each spindle housing is fitted with an independent external spray nozzle and an internal coolant channel, which can be selected according to processing requirements. Internal and external cooling may be used individually or in combination.
4. An Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) system can be optionally configured according to customer requirements, eliminating manual tool change operations, reducing downtime, and improving overall productivity.

5. The machine can be optionally fitted with a hydraulic disc marking system. The disc positioning is controlled by a servo motor and is capable of rapid marking with up to 36 different characters.
6. Automatic scribing and tapping functions replace traditional manual operations. The scribing tool accurately marks positions on H-beam flanges and webs for subsequent welding processes, reducing labor intensity while improving precision. Tapping operations can also be performed on both flanges and webs, significantly increasing production efficiency.

7. During feeding and machining, the CNC beam drilling machine secures the workpiece using a hydraulic clamping system. Longitudinal lifting, lateral pushing, clamp locking, and release actions are all hydraulically controlled, ensuring stable and reliable operation throughout the machining process.
8. The control system consists of an industrial host computer and PLC unit, with key components sourced from internationally recognized brands. Multiple programming methods are supported, allowing operators to easily create and modify machining programs. Structural design data from third-party systems such as AutoCAD and TEKLA Structures, including DXF and DSTV formats, can be directly imported.
