1. The beam saw machine features a CNC carriage clamping and feeding mechanism, providing high-speed operation and precise positioning accuracy.

 

2. Three BT40 high-speed spindles are utilized to drill the three surfaces of the H-beam. Equipped with carbide drill bits, the spindles can reach rotational speeds of up to 3000 rpm, ensuring high processing efficiency and excellent drilling performance. Chips generated during drilling are efficiently removed via a chain-type chip conveyor.

3. The CNC beam drilling line features a mist cooling system, providing both internal and external cooling functions. Each drilling spindle housing is equipped with a dedicated external cooling nozzle and an internal cooling connection, which can be selected based on drilling requirements. Internal and external cooling can be utilized independently or simultaneously.

 

4. The Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) system can be configured according to customer requirements, eliminating the need for manual tool replacement, thereby saving time and enhancing operational efficiency.

5. The beam drilling machine can be optionally equipped with a hydraulic disk marking system. The disk is precisely positioned by a servo motor and is capable of rapidly marking up to 36 different characters.

 

6. Automatic scribing and tapping functions replace conventional manual methods. Scribing tools accurately mark plate positions on H-beam flanges and webs for subsequent welding, saving time and labor while enhancing precision. 7. During feeding and processing, the CNC beam drilling machine secures the workpiece through hydraulic clamping. Longitudinal lift and lateral push clamping, as well as clamp locking and release, are all performed by the hydraulic system, ensuring reliable operation of the equipment.

 

8. The control system comprises a host computer and PLC, with major components sourced from reputable international brands. Multiple programming options enable operators to easily create and modify various programs.
