Product Features:
1. Infeeding Carriage
The feeding carriage comprises a movable cart, clamp, clamping cylinder, swing cylinder, servo motor, and other components. During the feeding process, the trolley is guided by two precision guide rails on the feeding conveyor, offering advantages such as high precision, excellent stability, and minimal noise.

2. Infeeding Conveyor
The base channel of the conveyors is constructed from a single-piece bent thick plate with a non-welded structure, enhancing load capacity. Only premium-brand bearings are used, and the rollers are designed for increased strength and capacity. The innovative design of the feeding conveyor ensures smooth and efficient feeding of angle steel material into the main body, initiating the processing seamlessly.
3. Horizontal Feeding Table
Driven by a motor and reducer through a sprocket and chain mechanism, this system ensures stable movement of the angle steel with minimal noise during the conveying process.

4. Marking Unit
The marking unit consists of a bed support fixed to the machine base, a movable bed, a hydraulic pressure head, and a four-position oil cylinder. Based on the computer’s instructions, it prints at the precise locations specified in the drawing.
5. Punching Unit
Equipped with three different specificationsofpunches on each side, and each punchhas a mold selection cylinder, which cancarry out multiple rows and different hole punching processes on the two wings of the angle steel.

6. Cutting Unit
For angle and channel steel: single-blade cutting. For flat steel, it performs both straight shearing and arc shearing.
7. Outfeeding Conveyor
The outfeeding conveyor consists of feeding rollers, workpiece support rollers, and either double-sided or single-sided turning cylinders. It enables the processed workpiece to be directed out through a left or right dumping button.
8. Hydraulic Station
The hydraulic station utilizes water or air cooling systems to maintain stable temperature control, preventing overheating of the hydraulic pump.
