Structure Features:
1.The fuselage is a C-shaped steel plate welded structure with good rigidity and large operating space.
2.The machine is equipped with three working stations(including one typing position),the stations switch is automatically carried out.
3.Clamping system which is suitable for different thickness of the workpiece,with the benchmark zero block,the workpiece is supported by ball worktable.
4.X axis and Y axis running by the servo motor + ball screw + precision linear guide driven by the dual axis CNC system to control the punching position.
5.The whole processing procedure is fully automatic, the operator just need to input workpiece drawing into the computer.

Details:
1. C-shape open structure: This machine is C open structure,which leave more spaces foroperation.
2. Whole steel plate weldingstructure: The machine frame, the base andthe worktable are all made ofwelded steel structure, which hasbeen treated with aging toprovide high strength, goodrigidity and durability.
3. Four mould positions: Equipped with standard four mouldpositions, 2 for punching, 1 fordrilling and 1 for marking. theswitching of the mould positions iscarried out automatically.

4. Clamping system: There are totally 2 sets of hydraulicclamps for clamping the steel plateson the worktable, which can beadapted to different work piece, withreference block, and work piecesupported by rolling-ball workingtable.
5. Moving worktable: The Servo Motors equipped with Ballscrew control plate' s moving. Twoclamps hold the workpiece whileworking.

6. X axis and Y axis action: X/Y axis movement is driven by twohigh-capacity linear rolling guidepairs on the left and right sides, aswell as precision ball screws and AClarge inertia servo motors to ensurehigh positioning accuracy of X/Y axis.
7. Push type LubricationSystem: Equipped with Manual-LubricationSystem for the Linear Guide and BallScrew.
