Machine structure:
The machine bed is cast, mainly composed of worktable, movable gantry, movable sliding saddle, drilling and milling power head, automatic lubrication device, protective device, circulating cooling device, digital control system, electrical system, etc. Rolling hard rail pair support and guidance, precision lead screw pair drive, the machine tool has high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.

Product Feature:
1. Bed and Worktable:
The bed is a one-piece steel structure, finished with secondary tempering, for excellent dynamic and static rigidity and deformation resistance. The worktable is cast with precision-machined, strategically arranged T-slots for workpiece clamping. T-slots are also located on the bed's upper surface. The gantry is driven by an AC servo motor and precision ball screws on both sides, providing X-axis movement. Adjustable bolts are located on the bed's underside for convenient adjustment of the bed's worktable level.
2. Mobile Gantry:
The mobile gantry is cast from 250-gray iron. Two high-load-bearing linear guides are installed at the front of the gantry. A precision ball screw and a servo motor drive the Y-axis movement of the power head slide, which is equipped with a drilling head. Gantry movement is achieved by the servo motor driving the ball screw nut on the ball screw through a precision coupling.

3. Drilling Head:
The drilling head utilizes a servo spindle motor, driven by a precision spindle driven by a toothed synchronous belt for increased torque. The spindle utilizes five-row Japanese angular contact bearings with three front and two rear rows for stepless speed change. A pneumatic tool changer ensures quick and convenient tool changes. The feed is driven by a servo motor and ball screw. The X and Y axes can be linked, utilizing semi-closed-loop control, enabling linear and circular interpolation. The spindle end features a BT40 taper bore and is equipped with an Italian Rotofors high-speed rotary joint, enabling the use of high-speed U-drills (brute force drills) and core drills with center-discharge water.
4. Moving Saddle:
The moving saddle is a precision cast iron structure. It is equipped with two ultra-high-load-bearing CNC hard-rail slides, a precision ball screw, and a high-precision planetary reducer connected to a servo motor. This drives the drilling head in the Z-axis, enabling rapid forward, reverse, and stop movements. It also features automatic chip breaking, chip removal, and pause functions.

5. Automatic Lubrication and Protective Devices:
This machine is equipped with a positive displacement pressure-controlled automatic lubrication system imported from Taiwan, which automatically lubricates all guideways, lead screws, racks, and other moving parts, ensuring reliable operation and ensuring the machine's service life. Both the X- and Y-axes are equipped with dust shields, and the worktable is surrounded by splash guards.

6. Fully Digital CNC Control System:
6.1. Chip breaking function, with the chip breaking time and cycle configurable on the human-machine interface.
6.2. Tool lift function, with a tool lift height configurable on the human-machine interface. When the tool reaches this height, the drill bit is rapidly raised above the workpiece, after which it ejects chips and then rapidly advances to the drilling surface, automatically switching to the workpiece feed.
6.3. The centralized control box and handheld unit utilize a CNC system and are equipped with a USB port and LCD display. To facilitate programming, storage, display, and communication, the interface features human-machine dialogue, error compensation, and automatic alarms.
6.4. The equipment features pre-processing hole position preview and recheck functions, making it extremely easy to operate.
