Machine structure:

1. Workbench:
The workbench is made of gray iron (HT250), which is finished after the second tempering and power treatment, with good interior and no deformation. The work surface adopts casting structure.
2. Movable gantry:
The movable gantry is made of gray cast iron (HT250). The front side of the gantry is equipped with two ultra-high bearing capacity rolling linear guide pairs, a set of precision ball screws and a servo motor, so that the power head slide is used as the Y axis. When moving in the same direction, the drilling power head is installed on the power head slide plate. The gantry movement is realized by the rotation of the ball screw driven by the servo motor through the precision coupling.
3. Movable saddle:
