Product Features:
1. Cooling is so effective that it does not allow cutting fluids to escape from the machining cell, thus keeping the factory floor clean and eliminating the need to remove treatments and contain these coolants.
2. The linear guide for the moving guide of the drilling power head adopts roller linear guide, which has good rigidity, high static and dynamic load capacity, and smooth operation, thus improving the quality of the work piece processed by the machine tool and the service life of the tool.

3. The main solenoid valve of the hydraulic system adopts Italian ATOS products, the hydraulic pipeline adopts ferrule type pipeline connection, and the cooling of the hydraulic system adopts air cooling.
(1)The design of the hydraulic system is in accordance with the relevant standards of the Hydraulic System Technical Conditions;
(2)Hydraulic system in the tank, cylinder, valve body strictly cleaned to ensure that there shall be no internal iron filings and dirt, burrs and so on. The vane pump is selected from French Dennison brand with the highest pressure of 25MPA, and the design pressure is generally not higher than 22MPA;
(3)The hydraulic system will not exceed an oil temperature of 60 degrees during continuous operation;
(4)High-pressure hose assemblies and fittings are made of ferrule structure to prevent oil seepage caused by aging of combination pads;

(5)The cooling system circulates freely without leakage and adopts micro-lubrication cooling system. The cooling of hydraulic system adopts air cooling. Tool cooling adopts oil mist.
(6) The pneumatic system shall comply with the relevant technical standards in the General Technical Conditions for Pneumatic Systems;
(7) The lubrication system should adopt centralized lubrication and be equipped with obvious signs;
(8) All kinds of piping should be round and smooth, the hose shall not have twisting phenomenon, shall not produce friction, collision and extrusion with moving parts, and the row of pipes shall be beautiful and easy to maintain;
(9) Hydraulic valves and pneumatic components should be selected from international first-line brands;
(10) Air hose connections are made with locking female quick-twist air fittings;

4. The upper computer adopts Chinese interface, which is easy to be grasped by general operators, and it can display the workpiece graphic and the coordinate size of the hole position, which is convenient for checking, and it can also accept the workpiece machining program generated by the release software. Adopting the management of the upper computer greatly facilitates the storage and calling of the program.
