1. The beam saw machine feeding mechanism utilizes CNC-controlled carriage clamping and feeding, ensuring high speed and precise positioning.
2. Three BT40 high-speed spindles are employed to drill the three faces of the H-beam. Equipped with carbide drill bits, the spindles can reach rotational speeds of up to 3000 rpm. This setup delivers high processing efficiency and excellent drilling results. The chips produced during drilling are efficiently removed via the chain-type chip conveyor.

3. The CNC beam drill line cooling system utilizes mist cooling, providing both internal and external cooling capabilities. Each drilling spindle housing is equipped with its own external cooling nozzle and internal cooling connector, which can be selected based on the specific drilling requirements. Both internal and external cooling can be operated separately or simultaneously.
4. The automatic tool changer (ATC) system can be installed based on customer requirements, eliminating the need for manual tool replacement, thereby saving time and enhancing operational efficiency.
